Please note: This is not a "workout" program. This is a program to heal your relationship with your body so that you can come to the place of genuinely feeling motivated yourself to take care of your body in a simple, loving, intuitive way (vs. the body-punishing, restrictive ways of gym-diet culture). Our work is coaching-oriented, while some sessions will be more physical in nature. You will be guided, as the program progresses, in the direction of "plans" (not rigid, and aligned with your lifestyle) of what to do daily/weekly for your body as far as exercise, food, etc. Trust the process ;). This is the whole point of this program - not rushing into the exercise and food "stuff" first. Lastly, the topics below are not all encompassing - there's more ;). The below modules all be included, but we may go in a slightly different order + depth into certain topics based off of intuition + group dynamics.
Important Disclaimer: I know when it comes to struggling with your relationship with your body, specifically body image, certain terms like "working out" and "fitness" can be triggering. I don't generally use these terms, as they don't encourage a body-loving approach to movement and a genuine desire to interact with your body. However, you may see some below, for the sake of simplicity and the limitations of "marketing". Know that we discuss in depth how to deal with feeling triggered by health, fitness + wellness jargon. This is part of the work <3.

#1: These are all the exact beliefs that are holding you back from what you desire with your body, movement + food.
This is exactly why this work works - because we don't just try to override your beliefs, thoughts + feelings about your body/exercise/food and try to get you to muscle your way through. Most other approaches get you to try to change your behaviors (for ex - "just follow these workouts!" or "only eat this!" or "just love yourself!"), without realizing that your behaviors won't change unless your thoughts + feelings change first.
Remember the whole healing your relationship with your body thing? This is that in action - we act in accordance with how we think + feel.
Thus - shift the way you THINK + FEEL towards your body, and finally, the way you ACT towards your body will be able to shift too.

The above statements are all attempting to be mental motivations vs. physical motivations. This indicates a physical disconnection from the body.
And when there's a physical disconnection from the body - you simply will struggle to have a body you truly love. This physical disconnection from the body shows up in 7 distinct ways (hint, the 7 modules of the program!):

Of course it's going to continue to be hard to ever have a body you genuinely love.
This has been the case consistently since 1959, i.e. for 60 years, when the first study on dieting for weight loss was published.

The program is a carefully curated (over 12+ years helping women with their minds + bodies) combination of mind + body work, as this is what creates deep change. You can expect the program to start off with the deeper mindfulness work, to truly create the foundation for lasting change and the ability to experience wholeness + inner peace with your self + your body. Then, as time goes on, we get into more of the "practical", "logistical" aspects of movement + food, as far as recommendations for what a day or week in the life might look like for you with non-punishing, non-restrictive, body-loving rituals, meals, movement types, etc. This is where my mindset + behavior change coaching becomes essential - to work through the resistance that arises when we start to work towards implementing new habits in the realm of movement + food ;). And, as always, I use my intuition to tap into the group and allow us to work through the different modules in an order + pace that is most conducive to the group dynamic.
The live calls will be a combination of teaching, followed by Q+A coaching to truly help all of this integrate. You will receive weekly healing meditations, and over the course of the program, depending on the energy of the group, you may receive movement videos for "workouts", and/or group opportunities for movement together.
For the physical work, no equipment is needed. A core philosophy is simplicity. Having a genuine, dedicated relationship with your body means there is consistency, and consistency comes from simplicity ;).
With physical exercises, we are primarily working with your own body weight and ensuring there is a true neuromuscular, physical, present connection between brain + body. This serves the purpose of enhancing the effectiveness of the exercises and increasing deep enjoyment + presence, which all leads to a more sustainable, self-loving relationship with your body and movement. Down the line, basic equipment like resistance bands + weights could potentially, but is unique to each invididual's journey.
This is the whole point of the program, finding a sustainable rhythm of taking care of your body/self in a way that works for your lifestyle. So, there’s no “set” amount of time, rather, we will be crafting what works for you together over the course of the program. so for some people 10-30 mins/day, or for others 60 mins/day, some people 3 days per week, some people 7 days a week ;).
As far as the actual activities for the program inclusions, the live calls are approx. 90 mins once per week, and are recorded so you can watch in bits and pieces on your own time (that’s what I do when I’m in group programs as a mom!).
The other things that would require “time” are all about infusing this INTO your already existing routines, so you can *live* from this state, rather than needing to add more things to your to do list. So for instance, the weekly guided meditations/audios are encouraged to be done *while* living your life (walking, cleaning, laying in bed, while eating lunch, etc), as an “eyes open” meditation, so it truly integrates rather than only being able to think/feel differently on a meditation pillow or something ;).
The whole intention of the program is that it truly sets you up for a *lifetime*, rather than a quick fix scheme, so while its guided w/ the live calls and group chat over 12 weeks, you could absolutely go through it at a slower pace and deeply benefit. In fact, the idea is to keep integrating and refining the principles long after the program - to truly live this.
The live calls are going to be held on Fridays at approximately 12PM PST. The official schedule will be sent out to all participants shortly after the launch has officially closed! There may be some variation in call times, deviating from this 12P PST time, to allow for a wider range of time zones to attend live.
As far as not being able to make it live, it's always a question that comes up in online group programs! The short answer - all calls will be recorded, so you will be all set! In fact, you can listen on your own time, which is quite luxurious and freeing in my opinion ;).
The long answer if you are new to this:
I join online group coaching programs all the time for myself and while it's amazing to be able to join live, I often can't due to my own business hours and due to the fact that I still am with my kids several days during the week :). In both my personal experience being in online programs, and the experience of my own clients in my programs, the recorded calls provide incredible, undeniable value. To be able to listen in and learn from the coaching that others' receive often answers the exact question you deep down had but didn't quite know how to articulate and therefore might not have even asked yourself on the live call. Plus, these calls are where the bulk of the information you'll be learning is taught, so it doesn't matter whether you listen to me speaking those words live or recorded ;).
Go back and re-read the section above addressing all the fear-based self-limiting beliefs that may come up and how these are the exact beliefs that have been making this hard for you, and how these are the exact beliefs we work to heal, so you can finally experience the change you desire. Resistance is a normal part of the process and is simply your brain attempting to conserve energy/maintain the status quo. This is something we actively address in Module 1, so that you are no longer in the habit of listening to your mind's resistance, and instead, learn how to listen to your body, to finally move you forward.
