For 13 years, I’ve coached female entrepreneurs, executives & high-achievers to build physical strength, mental resilience + success without burnout.

What started as corporate wellness & fitness turned into my own journey of getting caught in the rat race and ironically sacrificing my own health + sanity (in my own business and during a stint in advertising sales).

After that personal experience, coupled with my upbringing in a very affluent, academically competitive town outside of NYC witnessing what I couldn't articulate at the time as burnout, it's my deepest passion to support women (especially fellow mothers) find this elusive work-life balance.

I am honored to bring almost 14 years in fitness, positive psychology, behavior change, the neuroscience of mindfulness & leadership together in my Presence™️ Method.

This work, alongside cutting edge research of other leaders in high performance, confirms what I always intuitively knew:
