For 15 years, I’ve coached individuals on personal & organizational wellbeing through fitness & holistic health programs, mindfulness retreats & corporate wellness trainings.
What started as corporate wellness & fitness turned into my own journey of getting caught in the rat race and ironically sacrificing my own health + sanity (in my own business and during a stint in corporate sales).
After that personal experience, coupled with my upbringing in a very academically & professionally competitive town outside of NYC witnessing what I couldn't articulate at the time as burnout, it's my deepest passion to support people in finding the elusive "work-life balance".
